(animal Lovers) is an application for mobile phones to displaying and selling animal materials, equipment, and devices, as (animal Lovers) on behalf of sellers and according to prior agreements concluded between the SHINY APPS COMMERCIAL BROKER Establishment, owner of the application named (animal Lovers) and the sellers and since any customer who wishes to purchase through the application, the sale is made according to the following conditions: -
1. The customer acknowledge that he shall use this mobile application in a safe way without any mess.
2. The customer acknowledges that he has seen the materials, equipment, and devices related to animals displayed in the (animal Lovers) mobile application and that he has reviewed their specifications.
3. The customer is obligated to pay the value once he agrees to the specifications and accepts the purchase of materials, equipment or devices related to animals.
4. The value is paid by a bank credit card or cash by payment upon delivery.
5. The customer is not entitled to receive the materials, equipment or devices related to animals until after making sure that he has made the payment.
6. The customer has the right to choose materials, equipment or animal devices from the options available to (animal Lovers) in the application, provided (animal Lovers) is committed to providing them on the delivery date specified by the client.
7. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase of materials, equipment and devices for animals without deductions before the merchant receives the request, the amount shall be returned to the customer by the same method of payment within (10) working days.
8. If the customer cancels the order for materials, equipment or devices for animals after confirmation by the merchant and before the shipment goes out for delivery, SHINY deduct 50% of the value of the reservation, provided that the amount is returned to the customer after deduction in the same method of payment within (10) work days.
9. If the customer cancels the reservation, materials, equipment, or devices for animals after confirming the merchant and the goods leaving for delivery or refusing to receive the goods, then he is not entitled to return the value paid by him.
10. The materials, equipment or devices of the animal shall be delivered according to the agreed specifications and on the specified date.
11. The seller is obligated to hand over to the buyer health certificates and official papers if they are requested or if they are necessary upon delivery of the thing sold.
12. The seller is obligated at all times to obtain all documents and permits for the materials, equipment or devices of the animal.
13. The seller guarantees, at all times, the continuity of providing services to the customer if needed.
14. The customer shall abide by the seller's instructions regarding security and safety, the method of using materials, equipment or devices for the animal and the methods of preserving it.
15. The customer shall be responsible for handling the materials or equipment related to the animals and the customer shall bear all damages that may be caused by the use of his party or his user.
16. SHINY and the seller have the right to change the selling prices from time to time, provided that this is announced in the application on the phone.
17. The selling prices are not fixed and subject to change from time to time according to what the seller sets, and including sales tax.
18. In the event that materials, equipment or devices for animals have been requested and despite their appearance in the application, the seller has the right to apologize for their availability, provided that it is made clear on the site that they are not available or have been sold, and he has the right to set a new date to start selling as soon as possible.
19. The customer has the right to refuse to receive the materials, equipment related to the animals or devices upon receipt in the following cases: -
1) If it does not match the specifications.
2) Lack of safety certificates (if necessary).
3) If the materials, equipment or devices related to the animals are not supplied and in violation of the specifications under which the seizure was made. Then the following shall be entitled:
a. Replacement request.
b. Changing the date of receipt until the materials, equipment or devices are ready (time and date).
c. Request to return the reservation amounts from SHINY.
20. The buyer has the right to object according to a complaint submitted on the (animal Lovers) application, in which he expresses the reasons for the objection, provided that SHINY shall remove the reasons for the complaint within 48 hours from the date of submitting the complaint.
